1.Scope

To purchase you can create an account or proceed as a guest. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out via your account.

3.Contract conclusion

The sales contract is concluded with our order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of product unavailability, pricing error or suspected fraud.

4.Prices and payments

Prices are in Euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and bank transfer.

5.Shipping

We ship to Italy and the countries listed on the Shipping page using selected couriers (GLS, BRT, SDA, Posta Shqiptare). Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

6.Right of withdrawal and returns

7.Legal warranty

10.Governing law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the place of residence or domicile. For other relationships, the court of the seller's registered office has jurisdiction.
