24-month legal warranty
Under the Consumer Code (Italian D.Lgs. 206/2005), all products sold to private individuals are covered by a 24-month legal conformity warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers conformity defects and malfunctions not attributable to misuse.
Manufacturer warranty
Many products also include an additional commercial warranty provided directly by the manufacturer (Apple, Samsung, Sony, etc.). Conditions and duration are stated in the documentation supplied with the product.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects, malfunctions due to defective components, and non-conformities compared to what is stated in the product description are covered.
What is not covered
Damage caused by improper use, drops, liquids, tampering or unauthorised repair attempts, normal wear and tear, and consumption of components subject to deterioration (batteries beyond a certain number of cycles, etc.) are not covered.
How to request assistance
To activate the warranty, contact us via the Contact page indicating order number, problem description and photos if possible. We will guide you step by step through the most appropriate procedure.
Intervention times
We assess every request within 3 business days. Repair or replacement is completed, save for exceptional cases, within 30 days of receipt of the product at our service centre.
